Getting Mercury Poisoning - so you don't have to
I started writing sushi reviews in 2013, purely as a hobby. And while it's still a hobby all these years later, lots has changed in the content game. This is going to make me sound 90, but it turns out that video is really important. Long form written novellas are still popular, and Instagram is Instagram (that's as polite as I can be), but people seem to love the personality, context and immediate gratification that come from videos. So I've started to produce more of them, and though obviously they take approximately a zillion hours, I'll probably continue to do so as the blog expands.
